JCR - Content Repository based on Java Technology
While Day's Communiqué and Magnolia are both CMS suites based on the state-of-the-art content repository, you may simply want to understand how to use the JSR 170 compliant content repository API.
Two trainings are being worked on: a one-day training on JCR concepts and a 3-day developer training covering the 3 repository levels and how to use them.
