XumaK's Training Program
For many years our employees have developed training courses and delivered training for Content Repository based Software like Communiqué and Magnolia.
The experience of many projects allows us to create perfectly defined roles involved in a complete content-centric web initiative. Understanding what knowledge these roles require, we structure and deliver our trainings.
The course material is developed in a modular format. This allows our trainers to react in a flexible way to additional custom specific subjects and questions. We also believe in practical work. Therefore our trainings have only about 20% to 30% of theory, the rest of the training is exercises focusing on lectured topics.
Our trainees learn by doing. Our instructors do more than just lecturing--they enthusiastically involve you in your training. Lectures are followed by hands-on exercises that helps you master the new skills.

- We believe in "practical experience". This means that we have short theory sessions and a lot of hands-on exercises.
- We have written or are writing almost all of the training material ourselves. Only if you have intensively dealt with different methodologies and techniques are you capable of delivering successful trainings.
- Our trainers have many years of coaching, consulting, project management and implementation experience, worldwide.
- We believe in experience. That is why our trainers are constantly studying new technologies. But you will also find them doing consulting, project management or implementation.
